Social value and community impact
EMCOR UK is dedicated to creating social value and finding ways to positively impact local communities and society. We support charitable organisations through fundraising and volunteering, as well as collaborate with various partners, including Macmillan Cancer Support.

Wellbeing
We are committed to improving health and wellbeing at work and doing all we can to support and develop our people's welfare. We take a preventative, risk-based approach to workplace health, safety and wellbeing and constantly update our people policies to optimise their impact on family life, financial security, skills and prospects.
