Risk Management
We mitigate risk by aligning our management system with ISO 31000 and developing our policies and procedures as per the framework. Using an enterprise-level risk management system means that our risk registers are populated for identifying, assessing, escalating, communicating and treating risk. Our risk management framework is monitored through our risk review committee as well as during audits and reviews.
Business Continuity
Our business continuity management system is certified to ISO 22301, which is tested annually. Objectives are set as part of the continual improvement of our management system. We continue to develop an enterprise-level business continuity framework, testing and benchmarking our systems as part of continual improvement and organisational resilience.
Organisational Resilience
Our integrated approach to risk management enables us to anticipate, prepare for, respond to and adapt to disruptions while maintaining critical functions through effective business continuity planning. Due to our comprehensive disaster recovery plans, we can recover quickly, and our risk management framework helps us identify, assess and mitigate potential threats to the organisation. Combined with business continuity planning, this approach allows us to remain agile and resilient in facing a variety of challenges.
Security Assurance
Our in-house security assurance team confirms that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements under our SIA licence through internal and external audits. Conducting thorough background checks and issuing licences fosters trust and credibility, enhancing confidence in our customers' business operations.
