Since completing his two-year graduate programme in 2016, John has successfully worked towards his current role as a performance manager for prestigeous, high-profile customer accounts. John has been instrumental in making improvements to systems and processes, which have included assisting in large-scale customer transitions and upgrades. His biggest achievement to date was being involved with a team that resulted in a multi-year client relationship for EMCOR UK. John enjoys the challenges his job brings and EMCOR UK helps to provide the support he needs to be successful.
As part of the team responsible for mobilising contracts, Megan is involved in setting up all the business functions of a contract before handing it over to the operational team. Her biggest achievement since completing the graduate programme in 2012 has been working alongside the work-winning team to build a solid mobilisation plan for a customer. Whilst it required lots of planning, she says the overall result turned out well, and it was a great bonding and learning experience. Megan says EMCOR UK allows her to make the most out of the training and progression opportunities they give her to advance her career.
