Our Three-Phased Approach
Phase one is the planning phase; we collaborate with you to design a clear scope for your project with realistic timeframes and budget, concentrating on risk assessment, safety and mitigation planning.
In phase two, we deliver the actual project work, providing quality workmanship with effective communication whilst remaining adaptable to address any challenges we might face.
Post-project is our third phase, where we complete a smooth transition and handover into BAU facility operations. We provide comprehensive asset change data to support the ongoing maintenance of new equipment and systems, with an updated Operate and Maintain pack and digital drawings. Finally, we make sure you are fully satisfied with all aspects of delivery through conducting post project reviews and lessons learnt.
