When on maternity leave, we grant our employees with 26 weeks’ full paid leave - in addition to 13 weeks’ statutory maternity pay and up to 13 weeks’ unpaid leave.
Our employees are eligible for 6 weeks’ full pay on paternity leave, 4 of which should be taken in the first year of the child’s life.
Should you suffer the loss (or
termination) of a pregnancy, both
parents can request 2 weeks’
paid leave.
If you experience the loss of an
immediate family member, we can
grant you two weeks’ paid leave.
