Project description 

EMCOR UK, in partnership with the customer, installed, monitored, and verified an award-winning washroom solution, including the latest low-volume flush cisterns, urinal controls, and sensor taps.

Key benefits 

• The trial reduced water use by more than 80%. Over one year, both washrooms were saving the equivalent water to supply an extra 1,285 homes 
• In 2016, the project achieved the Institution of Civil Engineers’ Chris Binnie Award for Sustainable Water Management. The project clearly demonstrates industryleading innovation, outstanding savings in water use, and wide potential applicability
