EMCOR UK, a leading provider of facilities, asset and workplace management services, is the top FM organisation for growth and innovation according to an analysis by Frost & Sullivan. The independent benchmarking tool, Frost Radar™, judged EMCOR UK to be a market leader in its Innovation and Growth Index.

The Frost Radar™ is a robust analytical tool that allows Frost & Sullivan to evaluate companies across two key indices: their focus on continuous innovation and their ability to translate their innovations into consistent growth.

Innovation

EMCOR UK was recognised for its innovation due to its exceptional performance at using technology to address unmet needs. Frost & Sullivan noted that it was an early adopter of deep machine learning to improve its expertise in smart facilities, its AXIS app provides a powerful end-customer experience, and that EMCOR UK is working closely with a range of sectors to address Industry 4.0.

Growth

EMCOR UK’s revenue has grown above the overall UK market growth since 2014. Frost & Sullivan attributes this to its excellence in service delivery, contract management, and leadership. It also noted EMCOR UK’s long track record of being ahead of trends; for example the company was already investing in the future of work and workplace wellbeing long before the pandemic.
