EMCOR UK has been selected as a provider on Fusion21’s new £1.1bn national Workplace and Facilities Framework, creating potential opportunities worth up to £750m.
Fusion21’s first ever £1bn framework is designed to meet the facilities management needs of a host of public sector organisations in the blue light, central government, education, health, housing and local authority sectors.
EMCOR UK will join three lots including: Lot 1- FM principal contractor; Lot 2 – FM managing agent and Lot 6 – building engineering services (M&E). Lots 1 and 2 allow the appointment of a service provider to deliver multiple services - bundled or TFM - incorporating elements of physical asset management and service management. Lot 6 involves the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and building fabric, including emergency response, lifecycle works and planned upgrades.
