About Lynne

Lynne joined EMCOR UK in 2022 and is our Executive Director of Legal and Commercial on our Executive Leadership Team. Working with the executive team and senior management, Lynne is responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, managing risk and liabilities, and supporting EMCOR UK’s commercial strategy.

Prior to joining EMCOR UK, Lynne qualified as a corporate solicitor at a regional law firm, spending several years in private practice before moving in-house, where she gained experience in both technology and business outsourced services; most recently spending 5 years in the insurance sector at Innovation Group.

With over 15 years of post-qualified experience, Lynne brings extensive experience in contract negotiations, corporate governance, risk management and dispute resolution. This knowledge helps inform strategic decisions, aligning to both our and our customers’ long-term goals, whilst conducting our business in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards.
