About Dylan

Dylan joined EMCOR UK in 2007 and serves as Chief People Officer on both the Executive Board and Executive Leadership Team. He leads our People Strategy, overseeing HR, Learning and Development, Talent and Resourcing, Employee Wellbeing, Compensation and Reward, and People Analytics.

With 27 years of HR experience, including 17 years in Facilities Management (16 of those at EMCOR UK), Dylan brings significant expertise to the role. He holds a BA Hons in World History, a Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Studies, and is CIPD Level 7 qualified. He has also completed leadership programmes at institutes such as Cranfield University and West Point Military Academy.

Dylan excels in organisational development, supporting senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives, with extensive experience in change management, board development, employee relations and TUPE activity.

Dylan is passionate about supporting people and helping them succeed. He strives to see that the business focuses on the right initiatives to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for all employees.
