About Cheryl

Cheryl joined EMCOR UK in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and is now our Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, she chairs both the Executive Board and the Executive Leadership Team.

Cheryl qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa before moving to the UK where she started her career in a telecommunications company. She later joined AECOM where she spent 18 years in various finance roles, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership, Financial Director, and UKI Chief Financial Officer.

Cheryl has been instrumental in developing a new, clear, purposeful and ambitious strategy for EMCOR UK.

Cheryl is passionate about leading a company that is not only profitable and sustainable but also values-driven. She is committed to empowering employees to excel in their roles while nurturing a transparent, positive and supportive atmosphere.
