At EMCOR UK, health and safety is our #1 priority---the company has been recognised with 30+ related awards and recognitions in the last 15 years.
The new international standard, the first ISO for Occupational Health and Safety, has been developed to meet today’s changing business requirements. It sets out the requirements for organisations wanting to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all.

With this new conformity achieved, EMCOR UK will continue its collaborative work with customers in order to help ensure that these new, heightened levels of best practice are implemented across their businesses.
EMCOR UK also seeks to educate and promote wellbeing. We have developed programmes which encourage people to consider how changing their nutrition or committing to an exercise regime can improve their sense of wellbeing.
We also recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health. To that end, we have mental health focussed employee assistance programmes and an association with MIND, a mental health charity, to assist in these areas.
Additionally, EMCOR UK believes that providing a place of work where you can set challenging personal goals and be supported, rewarded, and recognised for achievements can improve an individual’s wellbeing.
As such, we have a learning and development team on hand to assist our emerging talent in achieving their potential.
