EMCOR UK has been awarded a multi-million-pound facilities management contract by Practice Plus Group for their whole estate.
The contract, which starts in May 2021, will see EMCOR UK deliver a range of facilities management services at 20 sites across the UK including at nine surgical units and four call centres which deal with out of hours and NHS 111 calls. EMCOR UK will manage the planned and reactive maintenance of the engineering services, building fabric and specialist medical plant.

The contract with Practice Plus Group is for an initial period of three years with the potential of a two-year extension.
