EMCOR UK has renewed its 16-year relationship with Lancaster Gas Partnership, the department of Lancaster City Council responsible for a range of heating and safety-related issues across the authority’s property portfolio.

The Agreement extends the contract for the maintenance and renewal of gas appliances within the council’s housing stock of around 3,400 properties. The deal now runs through to 31 March 2022.

Keith Chanter, CEO, EMCOR UK, said “EMCOR UK shares Lancaster City Council’s passion for customer service and supports its aim to satisfy legislative requirements within budget. We will continue to deliver this by combining first class engineering and management with bespoke technology, which continually adapts to meet the changing needs of the partnership.”

Over the period of the relationship, EMCOR UK has established a fully collaborative working relationship, not only with the Lancaster Gas Partnership but also with those people living in the local community.
