EMCOR UK Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification International Standard for Quality Management Systems

Leading facilities management provider EMCOR UK recently achieved the latest ISO 9001 certification, ISO 9001:2015, the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. In order to achieve certification to the standard, an organisation:

  • needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customers’ and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
  • aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

In order to earn ISO 9001:2015 certification, EMCOR UK demonstrated its greater emphasis on leadership management, evidenced its capacity to address organisational risks, and established simplification of the language in its management systems.
