Upon engaging in a new contract, employees eligible to transfer to EMCOR UK from their previous facilities management provider are protected by TUPE (The Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment regulations 2006).

This means that the terms and conditions of employment for all eligible staff transfer to EMCOR UK on the start date of the new contract.

Naturally, this can be an unsettling time for people, so we go to great lengths to welcome new colleagues, supporting them throughout the transfer process. Once the contract goes live, we assist new team members in getting up to speed as quickly as possible, introducing them to the ‘EMCOR UK way’.
