Our annual Employee Excellence Awards is designed to recognise and reward colleagues for their outstanding performance working for our customers or in central support functions.

Launched every year, colleagues, customers and supply chain partners are invited to nominate individuals or teams for an award. There are 14 categories, including rising star, operational employee of the year, innovation and new ideas and for ‘making our customers lives easier’.

Judges consisting of past winners, managers and front-line staff gather in March to select a short-list of finalists. Finalists are invited to attend a gala awards night celebratory dinner with a colleague of their choosing, where the winners are announced.
