Keeping every one of our employees’ skills fresh and committing to developing them is an important activity, if we are to continue to raise our competency levels. Our in-house teams deliver more than 26,000 people-hours of training every year.
In addition to extensive technical skills training, we have a ‘First Line Manager’ programme, to develop the leadership skills of management and supervisors. As part of the four-module programme, our teams are put through their paces at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst (RMAS), learning new skills and how to apply them in the workplace.
