We stand as one with our people, our customers and the wider community to celebrate all identities, recognise the accomplishments of the LBTQ+ community and reflect on their ongoing drive for equality.
Our Senior Leadership Team Women's Forum forms part of our Creating Balance agenda. It is a group that encourages Empowered Women to Empower Women within the business. The goal of the group is to support, uplift and encourage all women at EMCOR UK to succeed and grow.
