EMCOR UK Presented “Best UK Newcomer” at Hospitality Assured Awards For Collaborative, Customer Centric Approach With Its Customer Three

Leading facilities management provider EMCOR UK was recently presented the “Best UK Newcomer” at the 2017 Hospitality Assured Awards. This Award is presented to the newcomer with the highest score for Hospitality Assured accreditation, which is the industry measure of excellent service and care. The Hospitality Assured Awards recognise the highest quality levels of service, operations and management within the sector.

Assessed across a number of criteria, EMCOR UK’s collaborative, customer focused approach with Three was praised for a strong ‘One Team’ working culture, assisting in the delivery of Three’s Business Transformation Plan and growth targets. The EMCOR UK team was additionally commended for the implementation of feedback mechanisms which helped to inform metrics which EMCOR UK used to manage its performance across Three’s estate.
