During the 2 year graduate development programme you will gain valuable experience working within our main operational divisions, this will be supplemented with additional exposure to the supporting functions. Guidance and help from coaches and mentors will ensure that you have every chance to become part of the future leadership of EMCOR UK.
Graduates will follow the BIFM Certificate programme in the first two years of the programme and, following a further 3 years working with EMCOR UK in a managerial role, you will be able to achieve full Chartered status with BIFM. This will provide the platform from which you can develop a highly successful career in EMCOR UK working in one of the UK’s largest sectors.
EMCOR’s graduate scheme has been designed to ensure you gain valuable learning experiences in areas such as; FM operations in both hard and soft services, project management, business development, marketing, commercial, human resources, health and safety, change management and service delivery. The experience will be gained in a variety of highly diverse workplace environments, working for some of the most well-known names within UK businesses. You could be based on a client’s site or from one of our main offices throughout the UK. To gain the right experience you will be required to relocate across the UK in the first two years, thereafter and upon successful completion, a first line managerial role will be offered.
Ideally we are looking for graduates who have at least a 2:2 honours degree in one of the following subjects, however we are very happy to consider all degree disciplines;
